Requirements
Designers who shares with our design aesthetics
Strong background in F&B projects will be an advantage
Self-motivated, well-organised and a good team player
Strong aesthetic sense and strong passion in design, material and detailing
Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office
Experience in on site co-ordination, construction and tender process
English fluency will be an advantage
Hong Kong residence or eligible to work in Hong Kong immediately
Responsibilities
Perform interior design assignments for small and large-scale projects, throughout all phases of design: research, concept, schematic, and design development
Produce tender/ construction drawings, schedules and material selections needed for construction documentation
Prepare mood board and material board presentations
Responsible for communication with other design team members, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information and provides support as necessary
