In one of the world’s most culturally diverse cities, Designart Tokyo is a citywide event that brings together diverse presentations spanning design, art, interiors, fashion and technology. Now in its ninth year, the 2025 edition embraces a new theme: Brave –The Pursuit of Instinctive Beauty.

This fall, Tokyo’s streets will come alive with works that reflect unwavering dedication, innovation and the courage to stay true to one’s own beliefs and experiences. This year's programme includes the official exhibition Designart Gallery, a curated group exhibition showcasing groundbreaking creations from around the world, held at Media Department Tokyo in the heart of Shibuya. The venue will also be an information centre to guide visitors.

As Designart Tokyo transforms the entire city into a stage, Shibuya’s central location, with easy access to our other exhibition area such as Omotesando, Roppongi, Ginza and Tokyo Station, will serve as a key hub, encouraging visitors to circulate throughout the city.
